Eligibility for Returns

- The backpack must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories still intact.
- The return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be purchased directly from Pack & Go World.
Please ensure that the backpack is in its original condition before returning it, as items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for returns.

Please Note: The original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake made by us, such as a defective product or incorrect shipment.
